The IMS was designed for two reasons:
1) Make a Funeral Director more effecient - To create a system to help Funeral Directors by saving them time and money on inputting the same information in many software applications. In today's enviroment, a proactive Funeral Director may have installed up to eight applications to service their families better. With the IMS, we have included all these software components into one system only requiring you to input the information once!

2) Create Revenue Opportunities for Funeral Homes - In today's death care landscape, many Funeral Homes are facing lower profit margins, and more competition through price shopping consumers therefore we created some opportunities for revenue generation through the IMS.

The revenue opportunities are:
• CELEBRATION OF LIFE MEMORIAL MODULE - FAMILY INTERACTIVE EDITION
We have placed a suggested retail price of $395.00 that a Funeral Home can offer this service to the families they serve. The Celebration of Life Memorial Module is included with every record, however the family may wish to upgrade to the Family Interactive Edition at any time. We have created a professional brochure to be used within the Funeral Home.

• ANNUAL RENEWAL OF FAMILY INTERACTIVE EDITION
After the first year of the Celebration of Life Memorial Module (whether Family Interactive Edition is chosen or not) the family, or any friend / long distant relative, may have an opportunity to renew the online memorial of their loved one or friend. Each renewal generates $10.00 of income for the Funeral Home.

• ONLINE FLOWER SHOP
Many Funeral Homes work closely with a Flower Shop in their local area. Built into the Web Site that is included with the IMS is a e-commerce ready flower shop section. All that is required is the selection of floral arrangements made with your local florist.
